About Me

If you’re here, you either followed the link at the top of the page, or you found my QR Code somewhere (the image to the right). Either way: Welcome to my About Me page.

I graduated from Simmons College GSLIS in May 2013 and am currently working in a public school library in Boston, MA.
I’m a big fan of young adult literature. I find that YA lit authors accomplish so much and make it appropriate for their audience. I think my favorite YA novels currently are the Hunger Games books and Little Brother.
I lived in Philadelphia for nine years, Boston for two, Springfield for two, and now I’m BACK in Eastern MA!
I’m glad that I have a technology background. I enjoy figuring out web design. I love books but the advance of technology for libraries is really something fascinating.

I am a member of the International English Honors Society (Sigma Tau Delta) and also a member of the Massachusetts School Library Association (MSLA). I was the Social Media Coordinator for MSLA-SIG at Simmons and  built the website at http://gslis.simmons.edu/blogs/msla/

My email is: allegradambruoso@gmail.com
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you like something you read here. I’m always looking for new contacts!

  1. I avoided following you for a bit. I didn’t want people I knew to actually follow my blog. But here we are! P.S> I love your drexel pic.

    • Considering that I rarely get to talk to you, I think following each others’ blogs is fun! I’d love to hear and see more about what happens all the way upstairs.

And thank you. Mario the Dragon is my buddy.

  2. PPPSSSSTTTTT Deja Vu much? It’s me again.
